Announcements

• Children's Worship: During the sermon, on Sunday mornings, we have three classes for the children ages 2 - 3 years old, 4 - 5 years old, and 1st - 3rd grade, with study at their age level.  Children participating in these classes will be excused by the song leader after communion and the offering.  Please encourage your children to attend one of these classes also.

• Zambia Missions:  If anyone would like to give to this mission to help defray LaDonna's costs, please earmark your contribution.  LaDonna goes to Zambia every July to serve on the Medical Mission. 
  
• Ladies Bible Class meets every Thursday at 9:45 a.m. here at the building.  June Cornelius will be teaching "How to-Effectively Study the Bible." 
  
• Copper Basin Bible Camp is looking for camp counselors, teachers, kitchen help and maintenance workers for their summer sessions.  Any one interested in this, see David Brown.  A sign-up sheet is in the back.
  
• Welcome:  Don & Melody Miller have decided to work under the elders here.
  
• LTC Practice:   Full practice schedule below.  If anyone is interested in helping with scholarships, contact the church office.  Registration is $50 per child and banquet tickets for parents are $10.  Money will need to be received by February 1st.  Checks payable to Surprise Church of Christ.  The Hotel is the Hilton Tapatio Resort in Phoenix and rooms are $96 + tax.  Make your reservations early.
• February 5th: No LTC Practice.
  
• February 5th- Superbowl/Cookout @ Miller's. Bring sides and goodies.  The festivities will start at 4:00 p.m.  See David Brown with any questions.
• February 10th:  Date Night for married couples with children.  The teens will be offering babysitting service for those who would like to go out and enjoy Date Night.  Sign-up sheets are in the back for couples and teens.
  
• Area Wide Singing:  Will be at Northside Church of Christ on February 11th at 6:30 p.m.
• Game Night:  February 17th here at the building at 6:00 p.m.  Bring your favorite games and snacks.
• GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER?  March 9th.  Save this date to be a Host or guest.  Details are coming.
  
• The Elders would like to know if anyone has clearance for entering prisons.  See the elders for any additional information.
  
• Check the Sign-up Sheets on the back table and on the youth bulletin board in the foyer to see if your name is missing!  There are a lot of ministries you can be involved in.
  
• Tape or CD request- Pick up your tape or CD requests in the basket on the back table.
